I'm looking for someone to take over a large double room in a spacious 2-bed flat in the heart of Leytonstone.

The flat has a great feel to it — plenty of space, lots of natural light, and enough room to actually enjoy being at home. There's a large living room, separate kitchen, and bathroom, so it never feels cramped.

The location is hard to beat. Within a few minutes' walk you'll find an amazing mix of independent cafés, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and local shops, plus several supermarkets practically around the corner. Whether you're after a great coffee, a pint, brunch, or a quick grocery run, everything is close by.

One of the best things about the area is how much green space you have access to. Beautiful Wanstead Flats are just a 5-minute walk away, with Epping Forest also close by. It's perfect if you enjoy getting outdoors, whether that's morning runs, long walks, cycling, or simply escaping the city for a bit without actually leaving London.

Leytonstone Station (Central Line) is a short walk away, making it easy to get into Stratford, Liverpool Street, the City, and Central London.
