I’m looking for someone to sublet my room while I’m away for 1 year from April 1st (or before) to March 31st. The house is located in the heart of Brick Lane and Spitalfields.
The house is fully furnished, and the rent is not including bills which are about 150.
There are three other easygoing flatmates, and we are looking for someone respectful and proactive about keeping shared areas clean.
