Bright double room to rent in a family home.
You’d be living with Kirsty (that’s me) and my two children Caleb,12 and Ettie,9. Both are really lovely friendly children and well behaved.
Ideally I’m looking to have a female professional who wishes to have somewhere to stay Monday to Thursday/Friday.
This large bright room has a small double bed and plenty of storage with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Freshly decorated it’s bright and clean. I can provide bedding but you’d have to have your own towels.
The bathroom is shared with myself (the kids have their own bathroom) and has both a bath and shower.
The kitchen/dinner is a large area and is usually where we hang out. You’d be welcome to sit at the table to eat or join us but I’d ask if you’d be respectful with space and time of use as there’s a lot of meal preps that happen so wouldn’t want us getting in each others way!
As this is a family home I would ask for no guests be invited over unless this has been approved by myself but no overnight guests. Ideally you'd be in by 11 in the evening as I wouldn't want too much disturbance.
I work from home so if you need to then it would be great if you did so from your bedroom, however I am very laid back and so long as we're both respectful then I'm sure we could make it work.
