I’m looking for some to take over my double room in Algate East.

My friend and I share been sharing this two bed room flat for over a year. It’s an amazing space and super well located, but have moved in with my boyfriend. I need someone to fill the room ASAP

My current flatmate Rachel (23) is a bubbly flight attendant from Canada. She loves pilates, travelling and a good book. She’s very tidy and a great person to share the space with. She does have plans of moving her adorable black cat (Paris, 3) in the coming months so preferably we’d find someone who loves cats!

The rent is about around £950 + bills (~£120 including council tax, wifi, water, gas & electricity). A deposit will be required.

The room has a double bed and lots of natural light. The closet in the hall is allocated to the room. There is also plenty of other storage place through out the flat. We have a large common area which is has been a great bonus and where I’ve spent most of my time.

Location: 5 min walk to Algate East (Circle, District, Hammersmith & City), 10 mins to Algate (Circle & Metropolitan), 10 min to Shadwell (Overground, Windrush & DRL), 15 min to Whitechapel (Elizabeth line, Circle, District, Hammersmith & Windrush)

The flat is super conveniently located and surrounded by a ton of amazing bars, pubs and restaurants. We are a short walk away from Shoreditch, Bricklane and Spitalfields so there’s plenty to do in the area
