ACCOMMODATION ROOM 1 AVAILABLE NOW SHORT OR LONG TERM.

Our Accommodation Room Prices:
£1180pcm for one person.

Security Deposit consists of one month’s rent in advance £1180 and one-month’s Refundable Damage Deposit £1180 total £2,360.

Situated on the ground floor, Room 1 has a lovely view of Masters Lodge just opposite the house. This room is furnished with a desk, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, and central heating, with a large double bed. All bills, internet and some amenities are included within the monthly rent, if you require a TV the cost of the Licence is shared among all tenants who wish to have a TV.

To hold Room Accommodation for your required move in date we require a room holding deposit of one month’s rent in advance, you start to pay your monthly rent at the beginning of your move in date.

We have amazing rooms in this lovely quiet house just of the back streets of East London’s Cable Street, this is quite a find a little gem in the heart of old London Town, you will not have to pay any bills or buy your own loo roll as some amenities and broadband are included within the monthly rent and you will not be disappointed with your friendly room and our special house.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washer dryer, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle etc....

We have a small garden, and smoking is only permitted in the garden.

THE HOUSE IS VERY CLOSE BY TO THE TRAINS AND BUSES.

SHOPPING IS ONLY A FEW MINUTES WALK AWAY.

There is on street parking outside the house and a place to store your bicycles in the garden.

MOST BILLS, COUNCIL TAX, FAST INTERNET CONNECTION AND AMENITIES INCLUDED WITHIN THE MONTHLY RENT, if you require a TV the cost of the Licence is shared among all tenants who wish to have a TV.

ABOUT OUR HOUSE :o)

St Catherine’s & Captain’s Lodge Rooms is a semi-detached five-bedroom Victorian house and is one of four that is left in the area, our house is located in the heart of London and situated in a prime location, the house is a very short distance away from many local areas and is located along the route of the London Marathon.

The House along with Johnson Street has been a movie location for many years featured in the 1966 movie, To Sir with Love, featuring Lulu and Sidney Poitier.

St Catherine’s & Captain’s Lodge Rooms has five bedrooms and two bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer dryer, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.... and there is a small garden at the back of the house, smoking is only permitted in the garden.

We provide most things like loo roll, rubbish bags, kitchen roll, food plates, pots & pans etc. but you are welcome to bring your own belongings if you require to.

The house is maintained by Helen, she makes sure the house is clean, the only thing she will not clean is your room, it is your responsibility to keep your room clean.
