A bright and spacious room is available in my modern two-bedroom flat in Highams Park (Zone 4).
A few local gyms are within easy reach (Nuffield, Feel Good Centre etc). A beautiful
Forest on ‘the doorstep’.
Google ‘Merriam Close, Highams Park’ for more photos of the surroundings.
I’m looking for someone who would like to share a calm, friendly and respectful home.
The flat is new, well-kept and has a really nice feel to it. It includes:
- one shared bathroom
- a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (with filtered water)
- a cosy living room
- a large balcony
- lift access (3rd floor)
- secure communal bike storage
The room comes furnished with a bed (currently there is single bed, but I can consider swapping it to double), large wardrobe, storage cabinet/shelves, and a desk with chair.
Highams Park station is less than a 10-minute walk away. Trains take around 20–25 minutes to Liverpool Street and about 5 minutes to connect to the Victoria line (Walthamstow Central). Free on-street parking is available.
A little about me: I work as a nurse, Monday to Friday, 9–5. I’m a British-Polish national and have lived in London for 17 years. I value a peaceful, clean and positive home environment. Two of my teenage 'ladies' - family members visit regularly and sometimes stay overnight two weekends per month, so it’s important that whoever moves in feels comfortable with that.
I’m looking for a friendly, tidy female lodger who appreciates a quiet home. Ideally someone who doesn’t work from home, so we can both enjoy having space to ourselves.
All bills are included (including WiFi).
We don’t wear outdoor shoes inside the flat to keep it clean and cosy.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, I’d love to hear from you 😊
Best,
Ilona
