Hello everyone! We have a spacious ensuite bedroom soon to be available in our light, airy and recently renovated 3-bedroom house in E3. We are open to both solo renters and couples.

2 minutes walk to Mile End Park, 
10 minutes walk to Mile End tube station
, and close to many lovely local pubs and amenities in the area

The house has been recently renovated and is bright and spacious throughout, with a large living room, kitchen and garden space, perfect for relaxing or socialising.

The bedroom is generously sized and comes with a king-sized bed and triple wardrobe. It also includes a private bathroom with both bath and shower.

Furniture is flexible depending on your needs.
You would be sharing the house with two friendly and relaxed housemates (30f, 30m). It’s a calm and easy-going household, and we’re looking for someone who is like-minded, considerate, and tidy.

As you will see from the above, the location is ideal and offers great access to green space, transport links, and local spots. We have a washer/dryer, washing machine, fridge/freezer and all the usual amenities.
