Looking for a new housemate for our flat in Mile End ~
We are a busy sociable house, we like to chat in the kitchen, occasionally share a meal together, or go to the theatre together. But also have busy separate lives we all respect!
Looking for someone who shares that vibe. Ideally a professional in the age range of late 20's/30's. We have a lounge, balcony, kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 toilets, 1 shower over bath.

Cost
The room is £700 a month not including bills.
Bills are normally around £80 for the month including council tax.

The room is available from the 1st of May. We are looking for people that want to stay long term.
The room comes with bed, desk & wardrobe.

Current flatmates
Axel, (he/him)28, Axel is a software engineer from Australia, he is warm and always up for hanging out/chatting. He has lived here a year and a half.
Alisha/Lish, (she/her) 28, She’s a scientist, Super friendly, really active and plays roller derby. Lived here since late last year.
Evie, (she/her) 29, our fashion queen super creative designer & marketing manager.
Gabe. (He/him) 31, our newest member, also from Aus. Our built in DJ and events guy!

Transport
The flat is only accessible by stairs.
It has two floors and has a small balcony with a view of Canary Wharf.
We are a 3 minute walk from Mile End station (Central, district and H&C lines) and multiple bus routes.
We have co-op & sainsbury local 5 mins away, and are about a 15-20 minute walk from Lidl. We live opposite Mile End park and are about a 15 -20 minute walk from Victoria park. There is a better gym opposite our house with swimming pool access, gym, tennis courts and an athletics track. There is also the 'Gym Group' in Stepney down the road or a 'Pure' gym near Victoria Park
