We currently have a room available for rent in our 3 bedroom flat in Daubeney Fields, Homerton. Right next to Hackney Marshes.

Price: £730 per month + ~£100 bills

ABOUT THE SPACE:
- The bedroom has a large double-glazed west-facing window and radiator, it gets lots of natural sunlight in the summer and is cosy and warm in the winter
- The room is offered unfurnished, but there is a clothes rail and a small blue desk (not pictured) that can stay in there if wanted.
- Then we've got a combined living room and recently refurbished kitchen (with gas hob & small dishwasher), balcony and a healthy sized storage closet. The bathroom includes a bath and there is a separate toilet.
- The building includes a gym, 24-hour concierge, lift, bicycle storage area, and a laundromat with tumble dryers (the flat has its own washing machine)

- The flat is next to the canal and Hackney Marshes, with Daubeney Fields and Millfields Park around the corner which is perfect for exercise and leisurely strolls
- The 242 to Aldgate bus stops right outside, and Chatsworth Road is just a 3-minute walk away which has cute shops, restaurants, grocers and a market every Sunday.
- We're a 15 minute walk away from Homerton Overground station and from there you can get to Highbury & Islington or Stratford in under 10 minutes. We're also within walking distance of Dalston, London Fields, Hackney Central, and Hackney Wick.

ABOUT US:
You'll be sharing with me (Stephen, 32), a broadcast producer, and Lewis (31) who works in digital marketing in the music industry. We both travel fairly frequently so the flat rarely feels busy. When we are around we like to hang out and catch-up but also respect each other's space and privacy.

We are currently looking for someone — preferably between 30-37 years old — who is LGBTQIA+ friendly, sociable, chill and tidy and wants to move in and make the space feel like a home.
