We have a medium double room available in a friendly home and are looking for someone, preferably a woman but open to all - aged 25+ (open to couples too) who wants to live somewhere that feels like a home rather than a typical house share.

Who You’ll Live With
You’ll be living with me (32, live-in landlord – promise I’m sound!) and one male housemate (30).
I’m a yoga / Pilates teacher / massage therapist and Nick is a producer in the creative fields.
There is also Jambo, a very sweet 12-year-old small dog. He’s very friendly but does occasionally enjoy a bark.

The vibe
This is ideal for someone who wants a friendly, relaxed home environment, not a party house. Everyone has their own lives but is happy to chat in the kitchen or watch something together now and then.
Transport
10 mins walk to Leyton tube, or 12 min walk to Leytonstone. Also 10 mins walk to either overground station (Leytonstone high street or Leyton midland)
Bus stop 2 mins walk away, that takes you either tube station within 5 mins
Parking available on road, but is permit parking and would be second car (I think it’s max £250 a year)
