Hi everyone,

I'm looking for someone to take over my room from 1st August onwards. This is a double bedroom with a detached bathroom in a spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom flat in Canning Town.

The flat is at Rathbone market, in Canning Town’s high street with many groceries stores, fast food outlets and gyms along the street. It is a 5 minute walk from Canning Town station which includes Jubilee and DLR lines.

The flat is fully furnished and it included a microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, oven and wifi. The room is very spacious and it includes a double bed, 2 nightstands and a closet (wooden shelves and mirror to be moved out).

Bills are approximately £130 per person per month.

The current flatmate is a female professional, very friendly and open and enjoys a chill movie night, drinks and cooking.
