- Chatsworth Road Market, supermarkets and off-licences all within 10 mins

We’re friends as well as housemates — a balance of shared and solo time.
We’re into outdoor activities, music, cooking, DIY, arts, and hosting the occasional dinner with friends.
You’d be sharing with:
- An Italian girl (33) who runs her own startup
- A Canadian guy (25) working as a teacher.
Both friendly, respectful, warm, and easy going.


Clean shared spaces are a must in the house, so we normally have a cleaning rota

💸 Rent
£667 (£2000 for the whole flat which divided 3 comes to £666.66...I know XD) with around £100 bills

The deposit is £768, and there is an additional £300 for all the furniture and utensils, as the flat originally came unfurnished.
I got the room unfurnished, since I'm leaving London I'm happy to leave everything in or empty it, up to you :)
