We are looking for a young professional/student (aged between 20 and 30) to occupy this double room in a queer friendly house share with five other tenants.
There is a large kitchen and living room, with a utility room including a washer and dryer.
The rent totals £500 per month which is made up of £380 in rent and £120 in bills (including broadband, council tax, utilities and TV license).
There are two parking spaces on the drive and plenty of parking on the road as well.
The policy of the house is that the current housemates decide which prospective tenant moves in. This ensures that everyone in the house gets along well with each other. The current housemates are a mixture of young professionals and one graduate student.
