I'm Dani and moving to Sherbone Place building in Birmingham, near Brindley Place mid-July.

I'm looking for a flatmate for the ensuite room, to move in from 13th July onwards.

Preferences:
- aged 25-35
- ideally working/ studying full time, and have an active lifestyle
- needs to be clean and tidy (extremely important)
- needs to like animals as I have 2 lovely kitties
- respectful of one's space, but sociable and likes to have a chat!

The flat is lovely, modern, has a balcony with canal views (also from the rooms) and a great location near Brindley Place. The building has all facilities you need and a great community atmosphere.
