I have two furnished 1st floor bedrooms in my house i rent out, one is currently occupied by an easy going 31 yr old edge hill teacher. quiet, clean and polite who's no trouble at all.
I am a public sculptor working from home, im really easy going and very sociable. the house is always clean and gardens well maintained!


the rooms upstairs as shown have a shower room/wc between them, i have a separate bathroom downstairs and my bedroom is downstairs too.

its just a quiet peacefull house to relax at the end of the day, its not a mad house! :)

it says NO SMOKING, but just smoke outside, i am an ex smoker myself but just cant stand the smell of it now.

deposit is just for damages and is returnable on departure.

all bills included exept TV license, thats upto you, you must get one if you live stream etc or get a VPN for free. its easily done
