We are looking for a third flatmate in our 3 bed flat. The apartment is in Latimer House and is a 15 min walk to the city centre and a 10 min walk to Sandhills station. It is also situated only a 3 min walk away from a retail park.

We are looking for a student to take this room. The current tenants both attend Edge Hill University and are going into 3rd year.
