We have a clean, bright, spacious small-double room available for rent in our comfortable home.
The room is furnished with a small double bed (with under-bed storage), bedside table, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The Property is a clean and comfortable house, with fully equipped kitchen (you can use everything, you don’t have to bring a thing), a shared dining area, two large fridge/freezers (so you will be sharing a big fridge with just one other person), a main bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink) plus a secondary service toilet (with toilet and sink).
There is a lovely garden that has a covered area with seating, wonderful no matter the weather, which opens to a park at the back.
The road is quiet, with little traffic, with Paid parking on the street.

We have two very friendly outdoor cats, who are always begging for petting and treats....they are adorable, so we hope that our new housemate loves animals.

The current occupants are 3 friendly working professionals in their 30s and 40s (2 females and one male). While we all work in different industries, with different schedules (so we respect each other’s privacy and quiet time), when it does happen that we are all home at the same time, we enjoy a chat over a glass of wine in the garden or cooking a meal together.

Therefore, the ideal housemate will be someone just as easygoing, communicative (we like to talk openly about any co-living challenges we encounter to find the most advantageous solution for everyone), considerate and respectful, who values a peaceful, tidy home environment.

Mill Hill Broadway train station is 5 minutes walk (via the park), with trains into Central London in under 30 minutes. There are also plenty of buses for local links or connecting to the Northern line via Burnt Oak or Edgware.

The vibrant Mill Hill Broadway Highstreet is a 10 minutes walk from the house and has supermarkets (Tesco Express, M&S Foodhall, Iceland), cafes, restaurants, gyms and loads of lovely parks.
