Large room in 1st floor flat in Central location just north of the Meadows. This is my home, but I will be away for most of the time from the end if October. I am looking for a considerate person who will treat the flat with respect (in this respect a female may be preferable!) Probably most suitable for a post grad student or for someone on assignment. Spanish speakers particularly welcome forcthe times I am there.
If I'm there, share large kitchen and sitting room (not minimalist). I would possiblyconsider a couple (but at a revised price) subject to rules for a non HMO flat.
