We are a retired professional British couple from a South Asian background. Children are grown up and moved out leaving the rooms empty. Wish to rent out the single room to a friendly working professional or to a mature student. Person should be able to keep the room and the common areas tidy and clean.
Apartment is located near Lidle Slateford road and excellent transportation by several bus routes to the city taking only 10-15 minutes. Approximately 40 minutes walk to the city centre.

By Public transportation to the Edinburgh city, Harriot Watt or Edinburgh University are only 15-20 minutes bus ride. Napier Craiglochart campus is just walking distance or 5-10 mints bus ride.
Adjacent road is Gorgie road, therefore Indian spice shops multicultural food stalls, all the super markets, Sainsbury Aldi ASDA and all the amenities are just few meters away.
There are number of Jumma mosques are around the corner if anyone is interested to attend prayers.
