Room available in 2-bedroom flat right next to Pilrig Park, Leith. The room is available from 2nd November until 2nd December, with possibility of extension until January.
The two-bedroom flat has a spacious living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a lovely big bathtub (and amazing shower pressure), and a shared garden with clothesline.
Double-glazed, well insulated, with lovely natural light for the winter.
Great public transport links. Only 300m to Balfour St tram and bus stops. Voi bike station just around the corner. A nice quiet street but very close to Leith Walk with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants.
Room is furnished, including linen and bedding unless you’d prefer to provide your own.
The flat is occupied by me (30 yo F) and my partner (27 yo M). I work from home, but we are usually out and about after work, so you’ll have plenty of space in the flat.
