Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely room in a friendly flatshare. I've really enjoyed living here, but I'm moving away, so I'm looking for someone who'll love the place as much as I have.
The room is a spacious, bright double with high ceilings and a large window that lets in loads of natural light. It's fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table, with plenty of space to add your own touch and make it feel like home.

The flat has a fully equipped shared kitchen with everything you need for cooking, as well as a clean shared bathroom. It's a cosy, comfortable flat that's been a great place to come home to.

You'll be living with two lovely 23-year-old girls who are both tidy, friendly, and sociable. They're always up for a chat in the kitchen or the occasional evening together, but they're equally respectful of everyone's own space and routines. It's a really relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

We're looking for someone who's clean, considerate, and easy to live with. If you're after a homely flat with great flatmates, I definitely recommend coming to have a look!
