Double bedroom available to rent in modern two-bedroom new-build flat on a short term basis.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, and the flat has good local transport links for anyone travelling into the city centre.

I work full-time Monday to Friday and will be away during the week from time to time so you would have the lace to yourself.
I and am clean, tidy and respectful. I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate who will treat the flat as their own home.
