Ideally looking for a student to take over for long term.

Flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine (with a dryer function), oven and fridge freezer. A large living room. A separate shower room and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, nightstand, desk and a bookcase. The bedroom also has an amazing view of Arthur’s seat.

You would be sharing with 4 other students at the University of Edinburgh. Everyone is lovely and sociable. We have had a few flat dinners together. But also very respectful of down time in the rooms :)

The location is very central, just off the meadows. The flat is 5 minutes away from nicholson street that has a big lidle. The flat is 7 minutes away from the main University of Edinburgh campus.
