Room available for the summer (mid June-mid September) in a light second floor three-bed flat near Meadowbank with easy access to Holyrood Park. Free on-street parking.
Close to shops (8min walk to nearest big supermarket and there’s a corner shop at the end of the road) and only a 13min bus ride from the train station/city centre, with plenty of buses stopping right outside.
Three streets down from a pedestrian entrance to Holyrood Park. Flat also has a shared garden.
Me and my flatmate Issy (28yo male, 28yo female) are both students, so ideally looking for another student to share (to keep council tax-free), but this can be flexible.
We’re both into climbing, running, swimming and any other outdoorsy stuff. We also love to cook, so would be keen to share meals where convenient.
I’ve been here two and a half years and have refurbished the flat throughout.
Bills are roughly £100 a month (~£60 if you’re a student and we aren’t then liable for council tax) though this is seasonally dependent.
