Hello!
I am Sébastien (French, 30 years old) and I have a bedroom available in my 3-bedroom flat. It is a single bed, and the room is quite small but there is a living room 😉. One of the bedroom is rent by a Philippine lady (25-ish years old), and another one by myself. The bathroom is shared (I do have a in-suite bedroom for me so only the toilet is shared). The kitchen and living room are shared. The rent is 650 Pounds.
I also have a PhD so I am quite serious overall and need a quiet environnement. But I am also up for some flatmates activities time to time. The location is just near Meadowbank.
