Landlord with a child requires travelling, therefore looking for a quiet Tennant who can stay alone in the house and take care of small Jack Russel Terrier and Bob cat during months of my absence. Hence the price is very small per month. Includes Internet but gas and electricity is not covered. The room has a queen size bed which can be folded into a single bed, freeing more space. The room is warm , bright and cozy. Welcome short rent (1 month minimum to longs stays 6 months contract).
Few house rules: no parties, no impromptu invitations unless agreed with landlord.
