I'm a second year phd student so that I'm preferably looking for a female phd student who is respectful and tidy, and will stay long-term.

- Bills: around £50/month, wifi:£15/month

This will be a tenancy swap and UK-based guarantor will be required (if you are student). If you are a professional (non-student), you will be responsible for paying council tax.
