Beautiful large room with a 3/4 bed. This is a furnished room, you will be sharing with 5 other flatmates. They're close friends of mine and are lovely people. 4 go to the University of Edinburgh and 1 goes to Ediburgh Napier. If you're hoping for a quiet flat, they will also be leaving shortly after me. Flat is fully furnished with fitted kitchen/modern appliances, fridge/freezer, plenty of storage, open plan kitchen with a living room. The accomodation itself is "Capitol Students Westfield," it has an on-site gym, a cinema room, and other amenities. There are bus links everywhere in the city with effectively 0 transfers. There's also a giant Sainsbury's and a gas station Sainsbury's nearby. There's an Aldi <5 minutes walking from here. There are also parking spaces <5 minutes if necessary. There is no council tax payable, likewise there are no bills payable. Wi-Fi is ultrafast (200-500 mbps) and included.
