A large room is available near Haymarket (less than five minutes walk to the station). We are halfway between the tram stops at Haymarket and The West End and there are plenty of bus-stops nearby.

The flat is five minutes walk from the western end of Princes Street and there are five supermarkets within a five to ten minute walk (Saisbury's, Teaco, Co-Op and Lidl).

The room, which has a direct view of the castle, has a double bed, and a full-size (office) desk with plenty of room to spare. It has a fridge, a kettle, a TV with Freeview and its own unique WiFi connection. There are no curtains but the shutters give a good blackout.

The flat is on the third floor of a tenement - there is no lift... so you can cancel that gym membership!

There is no off-street parking nearby, just permit parking (Edinburgh Zone 1 - expensive - and parking meters - even more expensive!).

The flat has a burglar alarm and a video-entry door system.
