So as per the Corona stuff I'm moving having to move out. This does however give someone else the opportunity to live in this nice little room.

The place comes with plenty of fridge space, washing machine etc, located on easter road (literally 20 minutes walk into the city center and a short walk away from the nature of Arthurs Seat), loads of shops around, Lidl, Iceland, little coffee shops (when things open again this will be nice) etc...

You'd be living with 3 others (1f, 2m), all who have their own lives but still come together to chill, watch movies etc when paths are crossed.

So the important stuff! The place is £440 p/m (all bills Inc.), and £440 for deposit.
Looking at getting someone moved in on the 1st, or a few days before.
