We have a double room to rent in a three bedroom flat just off Leith Walk. The room has a set of drawers, a wardrobe, side table and the bed. It's at a the back of the house so is nice and quite. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
The flat is in a great location with loads of supermarkets, cafes etc near by. Its about the same distance to the city centre as it is to Leith, which is a 15-20 minute walk. There is a bus stop really near by on Leith Walk with connections all over the city and the tram is going to come down Leith Walk soon.
During normal times we're busy during the week days with work and uni but tend to do things together in the evenings and on weekends. We would really like someone who we can hang out with and get along with! At the moment one of us is working from home and the other has just finished uni and is looking for a job.
We're both fairly active people, we go to the gym as well as outdoor activities like hiking. We're liberal and forward thinking and enjoy talking about politics.
Bills (council tax, wifi and gas/electric) will be around £100/ month.

The bathroom is being done up at the end of August and will have a big shower rather than a shower in the bath.

Re corona: I think we will do virtual viewings at first and if that goes well you can come and look at the house with social distancing! Also both of us have holidays booked for august which unless the government advice changes we will be going on. This means there is a possibility of needing to quarantine for 3.5 weeks as we return a week and a half apart. I'm currently planning on quarantining with the friend I'm travelling with at their flat which would take the time down to 2 weeks only and of course government advice might change re quarantine.

Because of the bathroom and holidays I think September 14 would be a good move in date but if you're happy with those disruptions you are welcome to move in ASAP.
