Single room (double bed) In a quiet area on the outskirts of Gilmerton.

Im a professional male, I work in the Scottish Parliament F/T & also a seasonal worker at festivals, gigs & concerts so I could be away a few days here & there.

Outwith work you’d find me at the gym, going to the football or keeping busy with different social activities,

2 minute drive to the bypass & 5 minutes to Straiton retail park. 5/10 minute walk to various bus stops that service the city, leith & morningside. If outwith the city a car would be suitable.

Fast internet connection if working from home.

I have 2 cats ‘Hodge & Podge’’ who will pester you for attention when they get to know you. (Bring treats)😉
