Spacious king sized bedroom, new luxury mattress and bedding, extremely comfortable and cosy. Friendly owner (artist) looking to share the space with the right person. Must be clean and tidy and expected to clear away any mess made by themselves. Access to the laundry room, kitchen, dining area as well as own bathroom. The kitchen area is well equipped more than happy to share all my cooking/entertaining bits n bobs. All furniture new and high end contemporary. Cosy wood burning fire in a very warm happy home.
