Rooms are large and comfortable. Residents share a bathroom, shower room and WC ( 3 toilets), Currently 2 residents have set working hours.

All bills are included. (That means wifi, heating, Council Tax (the local property tax on residences. )

The flat and building are strictly non smoking. There is no smoking anywhere in the building or on the path to the front door. The smoking area is on the pavement outside the building - or in the park opposite the flat.

Current residents are from England, India and USA: Business owners opening new franchies, tech professional on sabbatical and risk management professional relocating for work.
