Flatmate: You’d be living with 1 other, Meela, 22, away to graduate from Fashion Marketing, who is so lovely, and has become one of my closest friends. She is super chilled, clean, sociable but understanding of your own space aswell etc!
She’s so easy going to live with, and likes Fashion, having drinks, dinner or always down for a coffee, trying a new bakery out and a walk!

Rent: £875 pcm + bills (Council Tax Band E)

REFERENCES: Have to be earning 30x the monthly rental, or have a uk guarantor earning 36x the monthly rental.
