The flat itself is old but comfy, also it’s very big. The room with a double bed is 500pcm, including council tax and wifi. We will share the electricity bills which is like 30 in summer and 80 in winter, really depends on how you use the heaters.

The flat is 20mins by bus to prince street at peak time and 10mins by bus to prince street off peak time. 2 mins walk to the bus stop that goes to city centre and 7 mins walk to the bus stop that goes to airport. 7 mins walk to Morrisons, gym, and Starbucks. 3 mins walk to grocery shops and post office.

Facilities in flat: microwave, induction hub, rice cooker, toaster, washing machine, fridge, freezer, drying machine, and projector. Full set of cooking equipment is shared.

About me: graduated MSc student looking for a PhD. Easy going, love to cook, have a car. Would like to share flat with recent graduates or young professionals, would be great if you are also hunting for PhD or jobs so we might help each other.

Hope you are: easy going, pay bills and rent on time, responsible and respectful. Clean the shower area every time after use (remove the hair etc), wipe down the kitchen every time after use (could leave the dishes in the sink for a while but not overnight unless have to). I have a rabbit in the living room so I will take care of the hygiene there.

Minimum stay 4 months, no maximum stay.

No drugs, no loud party at home and no partner overnight (friends are fine). 28 leave notice must be given when you decide to move out.
