Hi,

We have a room to rent and will likely be available starting in October, however we're flexible with the dates. Suitable for a short term let.

It is a 4 bedroom house located in Shawfair - a new development (next to Danderhall) with lots of landscaped green space and woodland - a bus stop 33 is 5mins walk from the house (25 mins to a Princess street on the bus bus). David Lloyds Shawfair and Coop supermarket - 10 mins walk from the house.

A house comes with 2 bathrooms. 1 main bathroom is shared between 2 (so it would be you and another housemate/female) and plus there is the additional separate toilet, the kitchen is fully- equipped with a plenty of storage. The room has a double bed, table, chair and large wardrobe. The room will basically come with all you can see on the pictures. A space for a car in the front of the house.

We are busy professionals looking for a right person who is nice and respectful. Short or long term. We are all very busy with work, studies and hobbies so we do keep a house as quiet as possible. No parties ...and if meeting friends, we usually go out so others can have a privacy and relax in the house at all the times. We follow clean as we go in the house. Preference for female due to bathroom sharing with current female occupant.

£595 per month including all bills such as council tax/energy bills, and some house expenses such as a Tv licence, Amazon Prime/Netflix, fibre optic broadband, cleaning products etc. Plus, the monthly window cleaning services/weekly cleaning of shared areas is also covered in a rent. Deposit of £500 required.
