A room is becoming available from the 1st of may in my current flat. The bills are not included in the rent and are around £47 and £9 each for the wifi. The council tax band is D and is not included in the utility bills. Students are preferred however if not this would need to be payed solely be a professional. There is also a double bedroom available also from may 1st and another bedroom becoming available around august time.
