I'm looking for a professional to take over my tenancy from the 1st of April in a well located 2 bed, top floor flat in Newhaven, with incredible skyline views of Edinburgh castle and Arthur's seat. Lived here almost 4 years now, and very sad to be leaving.

There's plenty of cafes in the area, a 24h Asda round the corner, as well as a Lidl 10 minutes down the road.
