Spacious en-suite double bedroom in bright, freshly renovated flat.

This was a lovely property when I bought it in 2018 and I’ve just spent 5 months making it even better. Everything was done to the standard I want in my home rather than the normal budget approach rental properties receive. Consequently I am looking for people who will enjoy living here and make it their home, look after the place, and be respectful and considerate neighbours.

The room

The room is furnished with a top quality pocket sprung double bed, tall mirrored wardrobe with internal drawers, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, table and chairs. The bedroom is painted in warm neutral Farrow & Ball Tallow. The room is temperature controlled separately from the rest of the flat so it's always comfortable. The new 12mm memory foam underlay and thick quality carpets are almost bouncy. The room also comes with a drawer and large shelf in the hallway storage cupboard for luggage, boxes, etc. £75 premium if taken by a couple to cover additional wear & tear and utility usage.

The kitchen

The kitchen is brand new and well equipped with NEFF induction hob, NEFF slide and hide fan oven, Bosch Serie 6 washing machine, Bosch dishwasher, large Samsung fridge-freezer, Samsung microwave, etc. Each room has one large (60cm) and one small (30cm) wall cabinet, half of a pull-out pans shelf, a cutlery drawer, a shelf in the fridge and shared use of the other storage

The area

The area
Balgreen is a lovely part of Edinburgh. Reasonably central and well connected by buses and the tram line yet still has free on-street parking. You’re close several supermarkets and a gym.
