My flatmate and I are looking for two tenants to move into our flat from the 10th of June for the upcoming academic year. I’m a third year medical student and my flatmate is a second year Physics student. We’d be looking for sociable people who can respect a clean environment.

We’re in a 4 bedroom flat located in Southside (EH8 9EB). It’s a great location for Central campus, as well as King’s campus - we’re literally just around the corner from Surgeon’s Hall bus stops and around a 5 minute walk from the Main Library and the Meadows. There is a Lidl and a Tesco less than 2 minutes away as well. Pictured below are the two rooms available, along with other features of the flat, including a kitchen and two bathrooms.
