The flat is in a good location with a 10 min walk to lidl/big sainsburys. It's a 5 min walk to get the 21 and 25 bus as well as a 7 minute walk to Easter road, where you can get bus numbers 1 and 35. This makes it easy and quick to get into the town centre. Its also only a 10 minute walk to leith walk where there are lots of pubs, restraunts coffee shops.

My current flatmates are 2 young women professionals in their mid twenties. They are both very considerate, always friendly and tidy up after themselves in shared areas. They are ideally looking for somome in a similar position.

We are also looking for somone that has had a UK bank account for 6 months as the letting agent requires a credit check. If not, you would need a UK based garruntor.

The rent is £605 All in bills are around £130 a month, including council tax.
