I am a working professional and the owner of the flat. I work a 9–5 out of the office, so the flat is quiet during the day if you happen to work from home. I’m a morning person—up early and usually in bed early during the week.

When I’m not at work, I’m often at the local PureGym, out on my bike, or in our communal garden, which I play a big role in looking after and maintaining. I like being creative and have just finished knitting my first jumper.

The flat is part of a very friendly stairwell where the neighbours all know each other, which adds a great sense of community.

What I’m Looking For

I’m a keen cook and value hospitality; I’m looking for a flatmate who is similarly sociable and interested in building a friendship, rather than just sharing a space.
