I’m a postgrad student at the university of edinburgh looking for another postgrad or young professional to take a room in this fully furnished 2-bed flat on Spottiswoode Street.

It’s a really good spot for King’s and Central Campus is about 12 minutes away by bus, or around a 30-minute walk. The flat is spacious and has a cosy feel, with a large living room, big kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, double glazing, lots of storage, and a communal garden.

The available room has a double bed, desk, large wardrobe, mirrors, extra storage, and a west-facing window with great light in the afternoon/evening.

The ideal move-in date is 16th/17th May, and the rent is £800 pcm.

Im just a tenant so renting would depend on a quick meeting with the landlord. My current flatmate is planning on moving in with his girlfriend next month so I'm looking to find someone social, tidy, and easy going who can fit into a chill home environment :).
