Main door flat on bus routes to city & airport easy access to Edinburgh bike path routes. Close to Newhaven harbour, gyms, restaurants and lovely walks to Cramond, Leith and Stockbridge. I'm a 47 but young at heart & open minded, single IT professional. WFH max 3 days a week. I lead a fairly healthy & active lifestyle, exercising before work, I like running hiking, swimming, cycling, sauna and yoga. Love seeing live music, spoken word and poetry gigs - I never have loud parties but sometimes the odd summer barbeque. The flat is more than big enough for 2 people but 3 would be a bit of a squeeze so guests would need to be planned ahead. There's free on street parking and it's a nice and quiet area. I have a cleaner who helps me with the cleaning every 2 weeks. There's a private patio leading to a communal garden so if you have greener fingers than me even better 😊
