one single which are furnished and bills are included electric and gas and WiFi I include all bedding you have use of all pots and pans etc you have use of washing machine I have drying area for clothes which is locked I am very close to heriot watt university and to Napier university five minutes by bus to uni and can walk to Napier in same time city centre about 40 minutes away by bus 25/34/35 there are large shops at hermiston gate a ten minute walk away we would sign lease for your start date and end date and this period is what you would pay for your security and mine I take deposit to secure rooms the rent for couple is £850+£250 deposit includes bills the rent includes community charge tax
