Hello.

This well furnished room is available from the 6th of July to the end of August, that's how longs left in my tenancy but I'm sure Sam (Landlord) will also be open to long term lets.
I'm currently in the process of securing a flat, so finding a suitable tenant is in top of my priorities.

The location is great with Elm Row only a 10-15 minute walk away, along with a big Tesco and Lidl only a 5 minute walk. It's a quiet area with plenty of bus links into the city centre or Universities.

You will be joining other 3 other flatmates, with 2 of the current ones also leaving soon. Shared fully equipped kitchen, toilet and living room. Bills around £40-£50 p/m.
