Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate to share my gorgeous ground floor flat in EH7 5HT (postcode is wrong on maps!) Double bedroom, main door spacious apartment in a Beautiful Victorian Period building.
The street itself is highly iconic and idyllic.
It had a rich history and is lined with trees making it very scenic...
It's a dead-end street so no through-traffic making it very quiet.
There is a cupboard for Ur coats etc in the hall (see video) and also additional storage space in another cupboard. (see last pic)
Kitchen gets all the morning Sun, and we have a small patio out front which gets sun Midday-early evening(longer as the summer goes on)
Must be seen!
Cleanliness important!
Smokers are welcome but the flat itself is STRICTLY NON SMOKING!
No pets.
