Ground floor flat on Montgomery St, £670/month (inc CT+bills) Sharing with me, one other easy-going flatmate and my sweet but noisy dog Biscuit Moon (they don't bark all the time mostly just when new people come to the door and quiets right down after!) We are pretty friendly within the flat and like to share meals sometimes and chat, but also give each other privacy and space when required.

Queer/poly friendly. We're really looking for somebody who fits the vibe of the flat so if you're not down with alternative lifestyles, please do not apply! We are wholesome and fun with lovely happy vibes and occasional late night party times 😉
420+ (but tobacco smoking outside only)

Any age/gender/sexuality considered as long as you have lived with other people before and know basic flatshare etiquette (we're not clean freaks but the kitchen is quite small so it's important to keep it tidy!)

Current flatmate just surprised us with a measly 1 week notice so hoping for someone who'd be ready to move ASAP (from May 5th) tho we could wait a little for the right candidate
