Room Available in our flat located at Hermand Crescent EH11 1LP, Edinburgh from January with flexible end date. The location is close to the city centre with great access to buses/trams. My girlfriend and I (26 and 28) are both working professionals.
The room you’d be taking has a king bed and is spacious with lots of storage(wardrobe + a built in wardrobe). It is well lit by the sky window which has an electric blackout blind. The room also has a Smart TV. We will look to source a work-desk/chair if necessary.
Importantly the bathroom downstairs would predominantly be yours as we have one upstairs. The flat also benefits from a large balcony which is great in the warmer months.
Rent is £795pm + bills and council tax(quite an expensive band due to size/nature of flat)
